Become a Benjamin Moore Certified Stain ContractorThe certification is made up of three levels. Level I is comprised of three online modules and is a prerequisite to Level II. Upon completion of Level II you will become a certified contractor and will receive a certificate. Level III is required to maintain your certified status. The objectives of the program are to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce callbacks and increase the number of referrals you receive. These courses will help answer questions customers have on stain projects and give an advantage over competitors. Stain Certification Level I - Stain Fundamentals This course is offered as a series of three half-hour, online modules. The objective of Stain Fundamentals is to inform participants about Benjamin Moore’s extensive line of exterior stain products plus provide a basic level of understanding about preparation and application techniques. Stain Certification Level II - Comprehensive Stain Training This is a full day class. In addition to traditional classroom type presentations, there are various reviews and group discussions about problem solving and product options. At the end of the class, participants will take a short quiz. Contractors will become a "Benjamin Moore Certified Stain Contractor". This session is a prerequisite to Level III. Stain Certification Level III - Managing Expectations This is a half-day program developed for our Certified Stain Contractors and is required to maintain your certification status. There will be actual demonstrations or hands on visuals along with the traditional classroom style presentation. Real life experiences from participants is strongly encouraged. | ||||||
